TSH secured Outline planning permission for the redevelopment of a dated hotel site, located in Oxford’s greenbelt, to provide 5 modern detached dwellings arranged in an arc formation.

Each dwelling is made up of single, two and three storey elements to break up their scale and reduce the perceived visual impact. Traditional proportions have been used in conjunction with a contemporary forms and styles to ensure the development is both innovative and blends successfully with the woodland setting.
