Sited on a prominent ‘gateway’ into Oxford, the project will see the construction of a new , 72 pupil boarding house including staff flats and two new semi-detached houses.

The design has been carefully assembled to create a distinctive curved corner staircase, which mediates between the 4 storey portion of the building fronting onto Elsfield Way and the lower 2 and 3 storey sections on the Banbury Road frontage, all whilst carefully sitting back from a mature sycamore tree.
