A contemporary extension to an Edwardian House for a family of artists. Care was taken to respect the hierarchy between the existing Edwardian house and the new, contemporary extension by articulating the junction between the two via a glazed connection. Moreover, the ceiling structure which is comprised of interlocking timber members provides further visual interest.
