TSH Architects are delighted to share the completion of the new Gatehouse building for St. Edward's School, Oxford.

The new gatehouse creates a welcoming, secure and fitting entrance to the school's main ingress off of Woodstock Road.

The new gatehouse clearly defines two thresholds: visitor access through the porch, echoing features of other buildings around the site, and staff and student access through the bespoke access gates that sit adjacent to the gatehouse.

With an elegantly crafted oak scissor truss and gate piers featuring the school's branding in precast stone, the project is full of wonderful details.
