They understand the commercial factors that developers have to consider and particularly that without a profit there is no development. The practice is also able to offer a quick turnaround on feasibility studies to enable informed decisions on site values.
Andrew Spurring and Lester Whitby manage the commercial design of TSH Architects and between them were responsible for the site and building design of Oxford Office Village, illustrated right.
